If the detection distance seems abnormal, it may be influenced by the following factors:
The performance of the built-in proximity sensor may vary depending on the properties of the detected object - such as material, color, size, and reflectivity of a person’s clothing - as well as ambient light, sensing angle, and monitor placement. As a result, the detection range and trigger behavior may differ slightly.
You can try adjusting the settings through the OSD menu to fine-tune the detection distance between you and the screen:
Go to Coding Booster > EcoPrivacy > Sensor Sensitivity > Far / Middle / Near. For more detailed information on available settings, please refer to the user manual.
