How to update the firmware for my BenQ on-camera monitor?

You are recommended to upgrade the product to the latest firmware version (if available) and refer to the most up-to-date user manual to make the best use of the product.

1.  Visit the BenQ website from Support.BenQ.com for an updated firmware file of your monitor.

2. Download and save the firmware file to your microSD card.

3. Insert the microSD card into the card slot of your monitor.

4. Go to information bar >  > page 3 > FW, tap Update. The device starts update process if a compatible FW version is detected. Wait until the operation is complete.
