1. Ensure the video cable is directly connected to your PC and the monitor without using a docking station. For Mac devices with M-series chips, some cannot sync with BenQ monitors via HDMI, so it’s recommended to use a Thunderbolt 3/4 (USB-C) or USB-C to DisplayPort cable when using Display Pilot/Display Pilot 2.
2. Ensure the DDC/CI in the monitor’s menu is enabled.
3. Double-click the .dmg file and Drag and Drop the icon of Display Pilot 2 to Applications for the installation.
