When the touch bar shows white lights, that means you can adjust the brightness level. Sliding to the right increases brightness, and sliding to the left decreases it.
When the touch bar shows yellow-blue lights, it means you can adjust color temperature. Sliding to the right makes the color temperature cooler, and sliding to the left makes it warmer.
