To install the BenQ Laptop Tray on your BenQ Ergo Arm, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the VESA Quick-Release Plate: Take the VESA quick-release plate
from your BenQ Ergo Arm. The Laptop Tray does not include its own plate,
so this step is essential.
2. Attach the Laptop Tray: Align the Laptop Tray with the VESA quick-release
plate you removed from the BenQ Ergo Arm. Ensure that all mounting holes
are properly aligned.
3. Secure the Connection: Use the screws provided with your BenQ Ergo Arm
to secure the Laptop Tray to the quick-release plate. Make sure the screws
are tightened adequately to ensure a stable connection.
4. Reattach to the BenQ Ergo Arm: Once the Laptop Tray is securely attached
to the quick-release plate, reattach the plate to the BenQ Ergo Arm.
5. Adjust Position:
After installation, adjust the height and viewing angle of the Laptop Tray
using the monitor arm’s tilt and extension adjustments.
Note: The BenQ Laptop tray itself has a fixed opening angle of 130°.
