ideaCam supports a maximum resolution of 3264 x 2448, which is almost identical to 3840 x 2160 (or 4K) in terms of pixel count, and therefore defined as near 4K. To preview near 4K images with BenQ EnSpire, set your screen resolution to 4K or higher. However, most video conferencing software (Google Meet, for example) typically supports a maximum resolution of only 720p, while some platforms (like Zoom and Teams) require a paid version to increase the quality to 1080p.
To improve image quality during video conferencing, consider the following tips:
1. Adjust resolution: go to the settings for your video conferencing software
and set the video resolution to the highest available.
2. Ensure adequate lighting: ideaCam performs best in well-lit environments.
Insufficient lighting can result in grainy images with less detail.
3. Check your internet connection: slow internet speed, unstable connections,
or excessive computer usage (e.g., running multiple Chrome tabs
simultaneously) can cause delays and diminish the video experience.
