BenQ’s response to the service impact due to global Coronavirus disease outbreak (Covid-19)

As the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID 19) continues to unfold, BenQ has taken steps to protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers, associates and communities.
Following the California “stay at home” order, our repair center will pause operation from March 20 and all on-going repairs cases will be impacted and stopped.
Also, all of our employees have started working from home during this period of time, which will mean experiencing longer call wait times and slower service responses due to the ongoing quarantine.
