Which Interactive Displays Work with VS25 & WDC25 Touch Back?
Which Video Conference Peripherals Work with VS25 for Hybrid Meetings?
Why can’t the VS25 be upgraded via OTA directly from the MP firmware V1.00 to the latest version?

All VS25 units shipped from the factory come with MP firmware version V1.00. When upgrading from this version to the latest firmware via OTA (Over the Air), the update process relies on time and certificate validation.

If the device’s Time Zone is not set to UTC (+00:00), the OTA system may fail to validate the firmware package correctly. As a result, the OTA update may not start, may fail during execution, or may behave abnormally.

Required Action Before OTA Upgrade

Before performing an OTA upgrade from MP FW V1.00.00 to the latest version, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the VS25 Web Management interface

2. Navigate to System Time

3. Set the Time Zone to London(GMT +00:00)

4. Click “Apply” to save the setting

5. Start the OTA firmware upgrade

Once the upgrade is completed successfully, please log in to the Web Management interface again and manually set the Time Zone to match your local time zone.

Important Notes

• This requirement applies only when upgrading from MP FW V1.00.00 via OTA

• Stable network connectivity and power supply are required during the upgrade process
