Why does the projected image flicker or freeze when using “Auto Screen Fit” with a 4K input source?

The issue may be caused by the incorrect setup process, please follow the steps below to resolve it.

1. Go to OSD Menu and select “Reset System” to return all the settings to the

    factory default.

2. Do the “Auto Screen Fit” again but make sure to follow the key points below,

    you may need to move the projector if needed. 

  • 16:9 / 16:10 screens: it is recommended to keep the projection angle within 10° and the projector within 2.2 m from the screen.
  • 4:3 / 1:1 screens: it is recommended to keep the projection angle within 20° and the projector within 2.2 m from the screen.

3. After finishing the “Auto Screen Fit”, do not make any adjustments in the

    pop-up Corner Fit menu. Exit themenu first & connect a 4K source, then

    readjust the Corner Fit using the remote control's Corner Fit hotkey or the

    Corner Fit ption in the OSD menu.
