如果您看到如下圖所示的 Android 錯誤圖示,請按照以下步驟進行修復。
1. 請檢查您的 BenQ Android TV 接收器是 QS01 還是 QS02。
2. 如果您使用的是 QS01 接收器,或是您的 BenQ 投影機型號為 W2710i/HT3560i/W2720i 或 TK860i,請直接聯繫您所在地區的 BenQ 服務中心。如果您使用的是 QS02 接收器,請繼續以下步驟。
3. 請將 QS02 接收器從投影機上移除,並檢查錯誤是否仍然存在。如果錯誤仍然存在,請直接聯繫 BenQ。如果錯誤消失,請繼續以下步驟。
4. 將 QS02 接收器重新插入投影機並開啟投影機。
5. 使用迴紋針按住按鈕(紅色圈出處)以選擇並操作「重試」,當選擇從藍色變為淺綠色時鬆開按鈕,以重新啟動 QS02 接收器來解決問題。
按下按鈕時,您會感覺到「喀噠」一聲。
