我的投影機停止工作並出現 Android 錯誤圖示螢幕。我該如何修復它？

如果您看到如下圖所示的 Android 錯誤圖標，請按照以下步驟進行修復。

1. 請檢查您的 BenQ Android TV dongle 是否為 QS01 或 QS02。


2. 如果您的加密狗是QS01或您的BenQ投影機是 W2710i/HT3560i 或 TK860i，請直接聯絡明基售後服務 您所在地區的中心。如果您的加密狗是QS02，請繼續 以下步驟。

3.  請從投影機上取下 QS02 轉接器並檢查錯誤是否仍然存在。如果仍然存在，請直接聯絡 BenQ。 如果它消失了，請繼續執行以下步驟。

4. 將 QS02 轉接器放回投影機

5. 用回形針按住按鈕（紅圈）以選擇並 重試操作，選擇變更後放開按鈕 從藍色變為淺綠色，重新啟動 QS02 加密狗即可解決問題。


按下按鈕後，您會感覺到咔噠聲。
