Singapore, June 13th, 2016: ZOWIE is proud to announce its association with eXTREMESLAND, the annual eSports event for CS:GO players of the Asia-Pacific region. The eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE Asia CS:GO 2016 will feature, ZOWIE, the brand that represents BenQ’s eSports product line-ups, as the title sponsor and the official monitor provider in the coming eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE, the competition will cover over 20 countries across Asia-Pacific. Nearly a thousand CS:GO teams are set to take part in the qualifiers from July till August. The qualifiers include both online and offline competitions and 16 teams will emerge from these qualifications and battle it out during the Asia Grand Final held at China in September to contend for the prize pool of $ 100,000. Incidentally, the eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE Asia CS:GO 2016 Thailand Championship local qualifier for Thailand will be held in Bankok at FPS Thailand between on the 6th of August.
As a title sponsor, all eXTREMESLAND ZOWIE Asia CS:GO 2016 matches will be played with monitors provided by BenQ ZOWIE to ensure that all competitors will play without any compromise in their performance.
