What could be the cause that the camera could not be used by EnSpire?

In general, ideaCam should work with EnSpire. However there are some circumstances where ideaCam could not work with EnSpire:

1. EnSpire did not have the authorization to access the camera. 

2. The camera might be used by other software while EnSpire tried to access it. 

3. Computer might have multiple cameras, however another camera was activated then ideaCam.

4. The ideaCam is not activated.

5. The browser which opened EnSpire might be outdated.

6. Network issues.
