How do I use Picture in Picture (PIP) on AK800ST/AK900ST Projectors with Network Display?

The Picture in Picture (PIP) feature on the AK800ST/AK900ST allows you to view a second source simultaneously while using your main activity.

  1. Set up the connection: Connect the projector to Wi-Fi or to your router using an RJ45 cable.
  2. Switch the projector's source to "Network Display."
  3. If this is your first time using casting, select the tutorial, choose your device, and follow the on-screen instructions to setup.
  4. Switch the projector back to your main source (e.g., HDMI).
  5. Open the projector menu and enable the PIP function by navigating to Menu > Display > PIP. A small window will appear on the screen with connection information.
  6. Enable screen casting on your mobile device; the device screen will appear in the PIP window. You can use the projector menu to adjust the window's location and size.
