BenQ has introduced the Mobiuz EX2510 gaming monitor in India at Rs 20,990. The monitor combines two separate units that come together to form the complete set: the display panel and the metallic stand.

The Mobiuz EX2510 is a sturdy piece of hardware that can be lifted up by one person easily.

The base of the stand is heavier than the display and provides a firm footing for the whole unit, so as not to topple over on the table in case of any sudden jerks.

The display unit is lighter and its height can be adjusted with the help of a sliding mechanism. The display can also tilt up and down or swivel sideways, but not at very wide angles.

There are multiple ports at the back of the display panel like 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, a headphone jack, a power port etc.

The monitor comes with a 24.5-inch 16:9 anti-glare IPS display with a refresh rate of 144Hz.

The screen icons come out well-defined and sharp. We tried first person shooting games on the Mobiuz EX2510 and found the gaming experience to be fluid on medium to high graphics settings. On certain occasions in the gameplay, it felt as though it slowed down a bit when on highest graphics settings but the overall performance was quite smooth and without any tears. Display clarity is also sharp and brings out the details in the images, like the lines and the wrinkles on a face while watching a film or any live content. You can choose from HDR, Cinema HDRi and Game HDRi from the graphics settings, easily accessible with the help of a dedicated button on the front of the display.

The audio output of the gaming monitor is mostly clear but not loud enough for a room. Although, if you plan on gaming mostly on the device, you should go for using good-quality headphones. The Benq Mobiuz EX2510 is a fine-looking, sturdy gaming monitor with an anti-glare panel. It performs the best in gaming for which it is meant, though the audio output could have been louder.
