What is the requirement for using BenQ MeetingRoom?

To use BenQ MeetingRoom, please ensure the followings:

  1. An IAM account is required. The Admin must first set up the User before reservations can be made.
  2. The device must have the MeetingRoom App installed along with the dependent Launcher.
  3. The device must be bound to DMS.
  4. The Admin needs to link the device to a room/space via the MeetingRoom Web portal.
  5. The Admin must enable the room for meetings and enable the "display meeting schedule" feature.
  6. The device must be connected to a stable external network (Internet).
