  • How to place an order online?
  • Add an item to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, and then go to your "Cart" on the top right corner of website. View your items, and then "check out“. Before check out, you can log in as a BenQ member or you can use guest check out to complete the order. During the check out process, you can edit your payment, billing address, and shipping address. Once the order is complete, you will get an order confirmation, and BenQ will send an order receive email to you within 24 hours. If you do not see an order confirmation email in your inbox, then please check your spam folder as well.
  • How can I check my order status?
  • You can log in to your account (if you created one) or you can check your email for order updates as well.

  • Why isn't my order processing?
  • Sometimes we can not process your order if your billing address/name does not match your credit card's billing address/name OR if your billing address does not match your shipping address. Please make sure to enter your credit card and address information correctly.
  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?
  • Normally It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

  • How can I get my shipping tracking number?
  • After your package has been shipped, you will get a tracking number sent to your email. Please make sure to check your spam folder just in case you do not see it in your inbox. You can also log in your account (if you created one) to see the tracking number.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Once the order has been processed we can not cancel your order. 

  • Do you accept international orders?
  • No, BenQ Australia currently accepts orders from the Australia only.
Payment
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks and money orders
  • Do you charge sales tax on my orders?
  • BenQ collect 10% GST on orders. Your cart price will reflect the GST charge based on your order. Where required, GST is also applied to the shipping charges
Return and Refund
  • What is your return policy?
  • BenQ will accept return requests for any products purchased from our official website within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Products that arrive damaged must be reported to us within 5 business days in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any return requests raised after the eligible return period will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $25, whichever is greater, after consideration and approval from our service department. All products returned to BenQ must be in original packaging with all original items that came with the box. Return freight for compatibility issues/change-of-mind returns are not covered by BenQ Australia. Orders placed with the intention of "testing" different models will also be subject to our restocking fee.
  • How do I make a return?
  • Please visit https://store.benq.com/au-buy/trackorder and sign in with your order details. After signing in, select "Return" and provide your reasoning. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an RMA number to identify the return of the product. Return freight for compatibility issues/change-of-mind returns are not covered by BenQ Australia.
  • What's the refund process?
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received at the BenQ warehouse, and take about 2-3 weeks to process. We will not refund the original shipping charges (if applicable).

  • These are a general list of terms and conditions for coupons and/or vouchers used on the BenQ Australia website. These terms and conditions apply to coupons and codes that come from different campaigns, which include but are not limited to: Influencer and/or Content Creator Coupon Codes, BenQ EDM coupon codes, Event coupon codes. Each of these campaigns may have their own expiry date, please refer carefully to the dates written on the particular material. Each of these campaigns may also have a finite amount, and once reached the campaign would be considered completed and no further usage would apply. These coupons cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer and/or promo code. These coupons may not be used to raincheck items or for out-of-stock items. BenQ Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any campaign at any time without notice. In the event of a dispute, BenQ Australia’s decision is final and binding. BenQ Australia reserve the right to verify the validity of coupon usage and disqualify any usage that we consider as an abuse of process.
