Why are some apps unable to record when connected to the speaker?


1. Please check if you can change the recording device to treVolo U in the app or in phone settings.

2. If you cannot switch the microphone device in the app, please make a call through other communication devices and set the recording device to Bluetooth on the call screen, then you can use the speaker to listen.

3.  If the above methods do not work, please use the provided audio cable to connect and then switch the connecting device to treVolo U. Connection order: plug the audio cable into the speaker first, then into your personal device.
