Could I do validation directly for the previous calibration mode (calibration 1) when BenQ PME (Palette Master Element) just finished the current calibration mode (calibration 2)?

No, BenQ PME (Palette Master Element) can only store the latest LUT in the current calibration mode (calibration 2) and you need to re-calibrate to return to the previous calibration mode (calibration 1).
