High/Low Dynamic Light Source Mode are greyed out and cannot be selected. What can I do to fix this?

High/Low Dynamic Light Source Mode will be greyed out when no source is detected by the projector, or when Bright mode/ 3D mode / when Wide Color Gamut turns on. Please check these settings.
