Why does the Presence Detection indicator flash after I turn off the lamp?

When the Presence Detection feature is enabled and you manually turn off the lamp, the Presence Detection feature will be temporarily disabled and the indicator will flash for approximately 30 seconds. Once the flashing stops, the Presence Detection will resume, and the lamp will automatically turn on if you are still within the detection range.
