Can I skip installing the stop screw on the BenQ Ergo Arm BSL / BDL Series, and how tightly should I lock it?

If the stop screw is not installed, there is a low probability that the arm may be lifted entirely. However, it shouldn't be locked too tightly, as excessive force can affect the flexibility of movement.
