How can I tell if my projector remote is successfully connected to the BenQ QS02 Android TV dongle?

To verify remote control pairing, go to Settings > Remotes & Accessories and check if your remote is connected to the BenQ QS02 Android TV dongle through Bluetooth. If it is connected, you will see the screen below:

If there’s no remote listed or it is listed as the following picture, please restart your projector to enter the process of Bluetooth pairing to enable Voice Search as in the following picture:

You can also press the Voice Search button on the remote to check whether the remote control is connected to the BenQ QS02:

If it is connected, the projector will enter Voice Search mode.

Otherwise, please restart your projector to enter the Bluetooth pairing process.
