Why can’t I find out the volume control bar of iKeyboard function in Display Pilot 2 for my BenQ monitor?

The recent software update, which introduced new features, may not be fully compatible with your monitor, potentially causing some inconvenience.

To resolve this issue, please contact BenQ Service Support in your region for assistance in upgrading the firmware on your monitor. This will ensure compatibility with the iKeyboard volume control feature.
