The campaign is open to:
- Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
- Existing owners of a genuine BenQ MA Series monitor.
- Customers who purchased their monitor from:

- BenQ Official Lazada
- Any BenQ Authorized Dealer in Malaysia

Eligibility
- Open to Malaysian residents only.
- Participants must own a genuine BenQ MA Series monitor.
- Social media accounts must remain public until winners are officially announced.
Entry Requirements
Participants must:
- Submit original content created by themselves.
- Clearly feature a BenQ MA Series monitor in the photo or video.
- Publish the entry publicly on Instagram and/or Facebook.
- Tag @BenQMalaysia.
- Include the official campaign hashtags specified in this campaign.
- Complete the official Google Form.
- Upload valid proof of purchase.
Multiple entries are allowed. However, each participant is eligible to win one prize only.
AI-Generated Content
- Entries must depict the participant’s actual BenQ MA Series workspace.
- AI-generated images that misrepresent the participant’s actual workspace are not permitted.
- Basic editing such as cropping, brightness adjustment, colour correction, and minor enhancements is allowed.
- BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to request additional information to verify the authenticity of any submission.
Winner Verification
Selected winners must provide valid proof of purchase upon request.
Accepted documents include:
- Receipt
- Invoice
- Order confirmation
Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
Content Usage
By participating, entrants:
- Confirm the submitted content is their original work.
- Grant BenQ Malaysia a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to repost, feature, publish, edit for formatting, resizing or minor adjustments without materially altering the original meaning and use the submitted content across BenQ Malaysia’s marketing channels, social media platforms, website, promotional materials, and future marketing campaigns.
Credit will be given where reasonably practicable.
Disqualification
BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Contains false or misleading information.
- Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Infringes any copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Uses AI-generated or digitally manipulated content that misrepresents the participant’s actual workspace.
- Fails verification requirements.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this campaign will be used solely for:
- Campaign administration
- Participant verification
- Winner selection
- Prize fulfilment
- Marketing communication where consent has been provided
All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
General
- BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address or mobile number provided in the Google Form.
- Winners who fail to respond within seven (7) days of notification may forfeit their prize.
- BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- BenQ Malaysia’s decision regarding all matters relating to this campaign shall be final and binding.
- BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to request additional information or documentation where necessary to verify any submission.
- Participants warrant that all submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Participants shall be solely responsible for any claims arising from their submissions.
- Only selected winners will be contacted directly by BenQ Malaysia.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced on BenQ Malaysia’s official social media channels after the campaign concludes.
BenQ Malaysia will contact the winners directly using the contact information provided in the Google Form.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, BenQ Malaysia reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
