• Your submission must be an original work related to the subject matter. Any type of AI-generated art is not permitted.

 

 

• For works selected for evaluation, we may request the original high-resolution file at a later date.

• Participants agree that their name and submitted works may be used for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without any additional compensation other than the benefits provided.

• Violation of the guidelines may result in disqualification from participation.

 

 

• The Pantone LCC directly determines whether a color palette from a Pantone special category is used. If the palette colors are difficult to visually identify, it may be judged as not being used. We recommend that you create works that clearly demonstrate the use of the colors presented in the palette.

Furthermore, the entrant is solely responsible for any copyright issues that may arise with their submitted work. Any copyright infringement confirmed may result in action, including revocation of the award. Please ensure that you comply with the licensing terms when using images.

Q10: What specifications should I follow for my artwork? Can I freely choose the direction of my artwork?

For entry specifications, please refer to the "Categories" section of the "Contest Overview" category on the contest website. Entry orientation can be either portrait or landscape.

Q11: If I choose one of the six palettes presented for the Pantone Special Category, do I have to use only the colors in that palette? Can I also use colors not included in the palette?

It's possible to use colors other than those listed in the palette. However, Pantone LCC directly determines whether a color palette from a special Pantone category is used. If the palette colors are difficult to visually identify, it may be judged as not being used. We recommend creating artwork that clearly demonstrates the use of colors listed in the palette.
