Why is the speaker unable to activate my mobile device’s virtual assistant?

  1. The speaker and mobile device are paired and connected via Bluetooth.
  2. You unmute the microphone on the speaker.
  3. The virtual assistant software is enabled on your mobile device.
  4. The behavior of the virtual assistant activation feature will depend on the virtual assistant software for your mobile device. Different virtual assistants may react differently, and not all virtual assistants may be supported. For example, the virtual assistant software for iOS devices, Siri, features a 1-2 second delay, so if you encounter this problem you may need to repeat your command.
