I can use BenQ Smart Control with a smartphone hotspot, but doesn't work with regular Wi-Fi. What can I do about that?

Please check that your Wi-Fi is in router mode. If it is not, please switch it to router mode. If it still doesn't work, please check if UDP 48689 and socket 8121 are open and available on your router.
