What are the visible dots/markings/bubbles/scratches on the top left and top right sides of my monitor's panel?

This is a normal condition of panel design, especially for edge-to-edge panel types.

Most edge-to-edge panels have this occur. The visible markings are not bubbles or scratches; they are optical positioning points that serve as reference marks and allow open cells to fully fit in panel modules during the production process.
