Why cannot the screen be shown when USB-C is connected to my laptop?

1. Check if the USB-C cable has been connected to the monitor and the laptop properly. You may refer to the online User Manual: Getting to know your monitor for more information.

2. Make sure the cable is connected to the USB-C port for signal transmission and power delivery on the back of the monitor.

3. Check if the input source has been set to USB-C from Input.
