SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, April 4th, 2022 –BenQ, a leader in education display solutions, announced today a new key partnership with world renowned wireless screen mirroring software company, Vivi. The technical integration will make Vivi’s education-specific wireless screen mirroring and digital signage product easily accessible through BenQ’s display panels within classrooms.

The Vivi partnership provides a long-term commitment from BenQ to schools, educators and IT managers, adding another powerful collaboration and participation tool option to the existing education display range. Schools can rely on the Vivi screen mirroring solution to deliver unique features with significant value.

Vivi’s Co-founder, Simon Holland, said the integration is a testament to Vivi’s laser focus on education that a global consumer electronics company would seek its solutions to enhance their products.

“We have the utmost respect for BenQ as a brand, organisation, and range of products. Their people, distribution, and reputation are world-class and it’s a strong validation point for us that we’re doing something right if a leader in the projector and panel space globally wants to work with Vivi to make their products more engaging in the classroom.”

Sanjay Handa, Head of Product and Sales at BenQ Australia, spoke about how the new partnership positively impacts BenQ’s dedication to providing fully integrated solutions for education, reducing costs, and creating opportunities to replace inefficient legacy solutions.

“This partnership solidifies our commitment to the education sector and aligning with a key solution provider like Vivi allows us to support increased productivity and participation in classrooms. This is great step forward for our shared customer base”, Sanjay said. “Vivi have an education solution that schools are adopting and partnering with them aligns with BenQ Australia’s ongoing core focus on positive blended learning outcomes. The new app integration on BenQ Displays allows Vivi to work right out of the box.”

The partnership seeks to accelerate the concept of a more social classroom where teachers aren’t tethered to the front of the room and are free to move around while sharing content from their device to the main display, or multiple displays. The technology allows students to share their work, with the teacher’s permission, and screenshot and annotate visual learning materials onto their own device.
