The Giveaway starts on May 30^th, 2025 at 12:01 AM CDT and ends on June 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM CDT. Any entry not received by the deadline or that is incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions will be automatically disqualified.

Only one (1) entry per Participant is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

A total of five (5) winners will be selected at random on June 30^th, 2025, from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Each winner will receive a ZOWIE Kit that includes:

Winners will be notified via email by July 2nd, 2025. Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification and may be required to submit:

• Valid government-issued ID
• A signed eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law)

Failure to respond or complete the verification requirements within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected.

Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska. No P.O. boxes. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery. All prizes are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties, except where required by law.

ZOWIE is not responsible for technical failures, delivery issues, or data loss that may impact participation or prize delivery. ZOWIE is also not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway.

By entering, Participants agree to release ZOWIE, BenQ, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from the Giveaway.

ZOWIE reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or other unforeseen issues. Any changes will be posted to the official Giveaway webpage.

By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with BenQ’s Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and not shared without your permission.

By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees, without limitation, to release and hold harmless BenQ America Corp., its affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies, influencers, consultants, their respective employees and agents, and Instagram, from all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind in connection with this Giveaway or acceptance and use of a prize won. By acceptance of a prize, the winner further agrees to BenQ’s use of his/her name, photo, and/or likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation (Tennessee residents excepted and any other jurisdictions where prohibited), unless prohibited by law.

The Giveaway Terms and Conditions, the Forms, BenQ Privacy Policy and any document that are part of any of the foregoing, constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Participants and BenQ regarding the Giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written, and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and statements.

No waiver of any kind by BenQ, including without limitation any Terms or Conditions or applicable law will be deemed valid unless it is in writing and signed by BenQ.  Moreover, any further or continuing waiver of such Term or Condition or a waiver of any other Term or Condition, and any failure of BenQ to assert a right or provision hereunder will not constitute a subsequent waiver of such right or provision.

If any of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to its minimal enforceable extent, while all remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California. The prevailing party in any such dispute shall be entitled to reasonable legal fees and costs.
