Preferred by tournaments such as Intel Extreme Masters, ESEA (E-Sports Entertainment Association), ESWC (Electronic Sports World Cup) 2012 Finals, G-League, Asia e-Sports Cup 2012 and ESL Pro Series in Poland, the XL Series was designed to handle the most demanding game plays within the diverse eSports spectrum. Users get to make a difference between victory and defeat from FPS (first-person shooter) games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and BattleField to popular console fighting games such as Mortal Kombat™, due to the intuitively equipped ultra-low 0.002-frame input lag that synchronizes action without latency from mouse motion.

The BenQ Game Mode Loader of XL2720T, storing the gaming presets used by pro gamers and gaming legends, are available for various game titles, including Battlefield 3, Call Of Duty 3, Diablo 3, and Dota2. Users can install these exclusive presets and save them onto the S Switch for quick access. The game mode selection is to be expanded over time.
