How to add rooms to Microsoft Calendar?

1. Log in to your calendar: https://outlook.office.com/calendar/view/day.

2. Select Add calendar > Add from directory.

3. Select an account, then search and select a room. 
 


4. Select where you want to add the room to, then click Add.
