Before performing the steps below, ensure the following:
- If you are using a wired connection, ensure that the MacBook is connected to the display using a USB Type-C monitor cable. For details, see How to display content from a laptop.
- If you are using a wireless connection, ensure that you are using the InstaShare 2 app. For details, see How to wirelessly display content from a laptop.
To access the on-screen keyboard on the display, follow the steps according to the laptop’s OS version.
1. Click.
The Mac menu appears.
2. Click System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard > Viewer.
The Viewer settings appear.
3. Select Enable Accessibility Keyboard.
The accessibility keyboard appears.

2. Click System Preferences > Accessibility > Keyboard > Accessibility Keyboard.
The Accessibility Keyboard settings appear.
3. Select Enable Accessibility Keyboard.
The accessibility keyboard appears.
