Gifting Method: Depending on the platform, the method of gifting and redemption will be different, and instructions will be given through email.
For Steam: Players will need to provide a Steam Friend Code, and be added by a BenQ AU Account Steam Account, which will then proceed to directly digitally gift Steam Wallet value to the amount on the model purchased. For $15, this will be provided through a $10 and $5 gift. For $30, this will be provided through a $25 and $5 gift. For $45, this will be done through a $25, $10, and $10 gift. For $105, this will be done through a $100 and $5 gift.
For Microsoft: These digital codes will be sent to the nominated email. For $15, this will be provided through a $15 code. For $30, this will be provided through two $15 codes. For $45, this will be done through three $15 codes. For $105, this will be done through a $75 and two $15 codes.
For Sony: These digital codes will be sent to the nominated email. For $15, this will be provided through a $15 code. For $30, this will be provided through a $30 code. For $45, this will be done through a $30 and $15 code. For $105, this will be done through a $100 and $5 code.
For Nintendo: These digital codes will be sent to the nominated email. For $15, this will be provided through a $15 code. For $30, this will be provided through a $30 code. For $45, this will be done through a $30 and $15 code. For $105, this will be done through a $60, a $30 and $15 code.
•Eligible Claims
To be eligible for the additional gifts, eligible claimants must complete and submit the online claim form via the BenQ Australia website during the redemption period, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The claim portal can be accessed through the offer landing page: https://benq.com.au/benq-mobiuz-2025.html
The claimant must:
(a) Provide all required details, including (but not limited to) the claimant’s full name, contact telephone number, email address, and (if applicable) the Steam Friend Code, which can be found at https://steamcommunity.com/friends/add when signed into Steam.
(b) Upload a copy of the original tax invoice for the purchase of the participating product.
•Eligible Claimants will be notified by email to their nominated email address that their claim has been deemed valid within a reasonable period of time.
•The Promoter will then arrange for the Eligible Claimant to receive the codes or amount as specified in the details above.
•If an Eligible Claimant becomes aware that they have submitted incorrect information (whether an email address is incorrect or other details), the Eligible Claimant must immediately notify the Promoter of the Eligible Claimant's error and provide the correct information. If not done within a reasonable period of time and the gift is sent to the incorrect account, the Promoter takes no responsibility and will not re-issue the gift, and the Eligible Claimant agrees that if they did submit incorrect information and did not notify the Promoter at BQausales@BenQ.com, they are forfeit to claiming the promotion.
•Eligible Claimants should allow fourteen days from the date they receive notification from BenQ Australia for the codes or amount to be sent to their email address or Steam Account. Please ensure that the spam folder is checked so you receive the codes.
