Can I use any USB-C cable instead of the bundled BenQ USB-C cable?

Strictly speaking, yes, you can use USB-C cables other than the one provided in the box as long it they have the exact same specifications. However, the cable that BenQ provides has undergone numerous tests. Thus, it has better compatibility with DP1310, so it is strongly encouraged to use it. You can also purchase additional USB-C cables from the BenQ official website. 

If you prefer using other USB-C cables, please make sure they meet the following specifications so you'll get the best performance possible from the DP1310: 

1. Transmission rate: USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 1 (10Gbps) or above

2. Charging capacity: 20V 5A or above

3. Image frame refresh rate: up to 4K 60Hz
