以下簡要說明透過 DP1310 連接時 Windows 和 macOS 筆記型電腦與 EyecareU 的功能：

Window： 請將 Windows 筆記型電腦插入 DP1310 USB-C 端口，EyecareU 將自動正常運作。

macOS（英特爾晶片）： 透過 USB-C 連接線將筆記型電腦連接到 DP1310，然後透過 HDMI 連接線將帶有 EyecareU 的顯示器連接到 HDMI 2.1 OUT 1 連接埠。 EyecareU 將正常運作。如果影片來自 DP1310 的 HDMI OUT 2 端口和 DP Out 3 端口，EyecareU 將無法運作。

macOS（M1/M2 晶片）： 透過 DP1310 發送的影片與 EyecareU 不相容。
