We suggest customers calibrate monitors every two weeks or every month at most for the best results.
Hardware calibration adjusts colors through direct monitor processing changes to achieve accurate colors.
Calibrators like X-rite i1 Display Pro /Calibrite ColorChecker Display Pro and Datacolor Spyder X are needed. Also please download BenQ's Palette Master Element software from our official website.

Users don't have to install or activate BenQ ICCsync when using PhotoVue models with Palette Master Ultimate. The ICC profile will be automatically applied once user switches calibration.
Palette Master Ultimate (PMU), BenQ self-developed calibration software, works for PhotoVue models that launched after 2019.
