BenQ Brings Laser and Large-Venue Solutions for Worship Applications to WFX 2016

Company Displays Powerful LU9715 and PU9530 High Brightness Projectors

09-15-2016

COSTA MESA, Calif. — Sept. 15, 2016 — BenQ America Corp., the global No.1 DLP brand, today announced that it will showcase its Colorific LU9715 Blue Core laser light source projector and PU9530 high brightness projector at WFX 2016 in Louisville, Kentucky. The solutions will be on display for houses of worship leaders, technology directors and facility managers to experience in BenQ’s booth 448 from Sept. 21-22 at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

“BenQ is committed to providing houses of worship with high-quality, cost-effective projection solutions to further their message,” said J.Y. Hu, vice president, business line management for BenQ America Corp. “The LU9715 and PU9530 are both powerful options, delivering the high brightness and color saturation necessary to engage an entire congregation and create a more fulfilling experience.”

Part of BenQ’s Integrators' Choice offering, the award-winning LU9715 Blue Core light source projector is the brightest option for houses of worship. It delivers 8,000 lumens and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio for superior image performance even under bright ambient light settings. The Blue Core laser engine provides significantly improved color fidelity through a dual color wheel system, support for 360-degree and portrait installation and 24/7-operation for expanded application opportunities. Combined with DLP technology, the laser projector achieves color accuracy that never degrades over time. It gives AV pros unlimited installation flexibility with up to eight optional lenses, featuring all-glass construction for ultra-clear focus and high apertures for brightness. With an improved cooling system and maintenance-free operation, the LU9715 extends its lifespan to 20,000 hours without lamp replacement, even when operating at full brightness. The projector features HDBaseT signal transmission and comes equipped with 3G SDI, ideal for media applications. It also gives facility managers remote monitoring and control via LAN.

BenQ’s P-Series PU9530 projector delivers brilliant image performance and accurate color reproduction suitable for any large venue application. The dual-lamp, high-brightness PU9530 was released earlier this year, joining the Integrators' Choice lineup. It features WUXGA resolution; 6,000 lumens; motorized zoom, focus and horizontal and vertical lens shift; 2D keystone correction — plus a range of connectivity options including HDBaseT for ease of installation and setup. Offering the flexibility to meet the demands of any professional installation, the projector is available with seven optional interchangeable lenses ranging from 0.79 short-throw to 8.56 long-throw versions; two interchangeable color wheels for higher brightness and improved color balance demands; and 360-degree vertical projection capabilities. Facility-wide maintenance is simplified with LAN control, allowing easy remote monitoring and control directly from an administrator's workstation. The projector supports AMX®, Crestron® and PJLink® systems, making system interoperability even more efficient while energy-savings modes further reduce total cost of ownership.
