It is normal that Palette Master Element freezes during the calibration on the new units.
Palette Master Element may freeze when performing the calibration for the first time while the calibration value is written to the OSD location. The calibration value is empty as no previous calibration value has been saved in the OSD menu calibration 1, calibration 2, and calibration 3.
Please wait for around 1 minute. The monitor will go back to normal. If the image issue occurs again, please contact BenQ local service center.
