The S57, BenQ’s powerful HD-ready multimedia Joybook, will be further empowered by Windows 7’s multimedia capabilities (such as Live Essentials, Media Center, and easier wireless connectivity); the work-meets-play hybrid-powered S42 will highlight Windows 7’s performance, desktop, and power management advantages. BenQ Joybooks Optimize Windows 7
Once Windows 7 is officially released, the following BenQ Joybooks will ship with Windows 7 installed: Joybook S35 and S43, and Joybook Lite T132. Launched this past August and September as BenQ’s debut in the ultra-low-voltage (ULV) notebook segment, the S35 and S43 offer on-the-go businessmen and Internet enthusiasts functionality, customizability, and mobility that will be further enhanced by the intuitive nature of Windows 7. Internet adventurers using the T132 netbook will likewise benefit from Windows 7’s no-hassle wireless networking, Media Center live TV capability, and all-important power management improvements. The Joybook Lite U122 Eco will also come with Windows 7 when this new ULV Joybook debuts end of October.
Touch-Panel Joybooks Optimize the Windows 7 Experience
To make the most of the Windows 7 “Touch” feature, BenQ is planning to bring to market a line of touch-panel Joybooks for enhanced navigation ease that eliminates the need for a keyboard or mouse. Joybook touch-panel prototypes are already available in select retail locations in China and the Asia Pacific.
nScreens Seamlessly Blend Windows 7
BenQ nScreen all-in-one PCs are the perfect product line to show-off how Windows 7 will elevate everyday tasks to new levels of effortless fun.
