Why is the speaker unable to recognize voice commands and does not respond to “Hey Tredo" prompts?

Please check the following: 

1. Lower the volume on the speaker.

2. Unmute the microphone on the speaker.

3. The voice command system currently supports only Standard Chinese (Mandarin).

 

Note: actual usage will be vary depending on the voice assistants of different devices.
