Can the projector wirelessly project in an environment without Wi-Fi?

Besides WLAN mode, the projector also offers 2 types of wireless projection: 

1. Use Mobile as the Wi-Fi Hotspot: Turn on Wi-Fi Hotspot on your iPhone or Android phone, connect the projector to it and start the wireless projection.  

2. Use the projector as the Wi-Fi Hotspot: Turn the Wi-Fi Hotspot on the projector and connect your mobile to it and start the wireless projection. Note, in this setting your mobile won't be able to connect to external networks via your 4G cellular network and only can stream pictures or video stored in your mobile to the projector.
