HT2150ST’s advanced DLP technology and embedded Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) takes only microseconds to swiftly change the angles of the mirrors on the chip. The image reflection time is 1000 times faster than 3LCD projectors which require liquid crystals to allow light to pass through. With HT2150ST’s state-of-the-art display technology, gamers can enjoy ultra-smooth gaming on an enormous screen with unprecedented precision.
The DLP chipset comprises an array of highly reflective aluminum micromirrors swiftly tilting back and forth to change the angles of light reflection to produce images 1000 times faster than 3LCD technology.
3LCD panels contain thousands to millions of liquid crystals which are aligned in open or closed positions to allow light to pass through, projecting images screen. These liquid crystals require applied voltage to modulate and take more time to action.
HT2150ST offers two custom gaming modes that fine tune contrast and saturation of images according to ambient lighting. Game Mode for darker rooms or Game Bright Mode in well-lit rooms adjust screen brightness and contrast to perfectly match environmental light, assuring ideally balanced brightness and contrast to bring out every detail of the image. Achieving perfect balance between color accuracy and brightness requires high precision and stringent quality control.
