BenQ Launches Platinum Qreseller Program

New, Premier-Level Partner Program Elevates Margins for VARs and Resellers


Las Vegas, NV (March 16, 2005) – BenQ, a leading manufacturer of PC peripherals and digital lifestyle devices, today announced its new Platinum Qreseller program at the Intel® Solution Summit. The Platinum Qreseller program by BenQ is a premiere level partner program designed to provide the highest levels of support for system builders, integrators and resellers who provide custom solutions to small and medium businesses, government and education customers, as well as end-users.

BenQ developed the program in association with several of its current, top-producing Qresellers to ensure that the program’s offerings address their most pressing needs. With the creation of the Platinum Qreseller program, BenQ added a wider array of benefits, in addition to the core offerings of the original Qreseller program.

Some new features of the Platinum Qreseller program by BenQ includes:

  • Dedicated Account Management: A BenQ Account Manager will work with Platinum members to discuss business needs and walk through the various program benefits.
  • Market Development Funds: With a BenQ Account Manager, members will be assisted in developing a specific marketing program to drive business.
  • Platinum Seed Unit Program: Members can receive seed units of select BenQ products to help gain immediate awareness of new models for specified end-user accounts.
  • Platinum RMA and DOA Support: Platinum members get an enhanced three-year LCD monitor warranty, which provides a “replace-with-new” warranty instead of the industry standard “replace-with-refurbished” policy.
  • Platinum Dedicated Technical Support: The dedicated support line gives members a direct link to BenQ level one technicians via a dedicated toll-free number.
