FAQ: What if the remote control puck is not working or some functions are not responsive?

If the remote control is not working, check that the wireless USB dongle is properly inserted and the connection light on the puck flashes.

1. Make sure you are logged in to EnSpire is logged in.

2. Make sure the wireless puck USB dongle is inserted in your PC.

3. Notice the small LED light on the remote control puck, above the BenQ insignia. Tapping a succesful command will show a white flickering light.

a. If there is no flickering, replace the remote control batteries (2 x AAA). If the light still does not flash after replacing the batteries - contact BenQ customer support.

b. If the LED flashes red, then it means the battery is about to run out. Change batteries soon.

c. If the remote puck light is flickering normally and dongle is properly connected, but the remote control puck is still unresponsive, please contact BenQ Customer Support.
