Does the Auto Screen Fit (ASF) function work on gray screens?

The Auto Screen Fit (ASF) function does work on a gray screen, but the reflected brightness of a gray screen will be lower than a regular white screen. This may make it more difficult for the camera to find the edges of the screen. Make sure that the border is a strong black color- and remove as much ambient light as possible for best performance.
