How to connect my projector to my soundbar or AV receiver with eARC/ARC?

Please visit the link below and follow the instructions provided to set up ARC/eARC functionality.

If there is no sound from your speaker, please check the following:

1. Use to the right specification of HDMI cable:

For ARC, you need a high-speed HDMI cable which supports HDMI version 1.4
For eARC, you need an ultra-high speed HDMI cable which supports HDMI version 2.1

2. Make sure all the connected devices (projector, SoundBar, and AV receiver) support ARC/eARC.

3. Check if SPDIF, Audio Return (or Audio Return+), Electronic Control (or HDMI Device Control) are enabled on the projector

4. Check if CEC/ Audio Return is enabled on your video source device.

5. Check if the audio format you would like to playback is supported by your input source device.

6. Check if the cables are connected to the correct port.
