How to fix the projector that does not recognize Sky Q Box as 4K device?

Please follow below steps to fix the issue:

1. Use another HDMI cable that supports 4K 60Hz for connection.

2. Set "deep color" of Sky Q Box to 10 bit or 8 bit.
