Why does Display Quickit present the error message “download failed” when running Display Quickit on a Windows-based PC/notebook?

Follow these steps to solve this issue: 

1. Disable any anti-virus software

2. Download the latest version of Display Quickit from the BenQ official website, unzip the file in the root directory of C:\ or D:\, and execute it with administrator permissions.
